Delete your account
You can delete your Vyralune account, and the data that goes with it, at any time. Your account closes at once and is deleted 30 days later. Until then you can change your mind; after that it can't be undone.
In the app (the quickest way)
- Open Vyralune and tap the ⚙ Settings button.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete my account.
Your account closes at once: you are signed out on every phone and get no more notices. The app goes back to the first page and shows the date your account will be deleted, 30 days later. This works for guests too.
Changed your mind?
Sign in before that date. The app shows Account being deleted: tap Keep my account and everything is as it was.
By email
If you can't open the app, write to [email protected] with the subject Delete my account:
- send it from the email address of your account, and
- add your User ID (8 digits, shown in Settings and on your Profile) if you know it.
We may ask one question to check the account is yours. Then it works the same way: we close the account and it is deleted 30 days after your request. Write again before then if you change your mind. We write back to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account: email, password, player name, date of birth, country and city, and any Google or Facebook sign-in linked to it.
- Your coins in both games, your cards, decks, match deck, skill cards and favourites.
- Your friends, friend requests, blocks and messages, your statistics and match history, and your phone's address for notices.
Coins and items can't be restored or refunded after the account is deleted.
What is kept, and for how long
- Records of purchases that tax and accounting law requires us to keep, only for as long as the law requires.
- Copies in our database backups, which are replaced automatically within 35 days after the account is deleted.
- Reports made from game data, which use a scrambled number instead of your account, so they can't be traced back to you.
- A match you played stays in your opponent's history, with your name removed.
